Help Desk (Goldfarb Library, Level One)
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: Noon to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 11 p.m.
LATTE help is provided by a trained student specialists who assist Brandeis University faculty members, students, and academic administrators. During open hours, the LATTE support team welcomes walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries.

About LATTE
LATTE (Learning and Teaching Technology Environment) is Brandeis University's online learning environment available for faculty to create a virtual teaching and learning space for their courses. LATTE facilitates students' access to electronic course content, allows them to submit assignments online, and provides online communication tools. LATTE is based on Moodle, an open-source learning management software.
