Accessing Your Courses in LATTE
If you are a student enrolled in at least one course, your courses will be listed on your myLATTE page once you log in to LATTE. Clicking on one of your listed courses will take you to that course's homepage. The faculty member teaching the course is responsible for publishing the course and making it available to students.
If your course is not available, your instructor may be choosing to use WebCT instead, and you can log in to WebCT at http://webct.brandeis.edu.
If your course has not been published in LATTE, it will appear in the "My Other Courses" block on the lefthand side of the myLATTE page. Learn more about "My Other Courses"...
If you are not enrolled in a course and should be, contact the Brandeis University Registrar's Office (phone: x62010 or email: registrar@brandeis.edu). You should be enrolled in a LATTE course one day after you officially register for the course with the Registrar's Office.
"My Other Courses" FAQ
What courses are listed in the "My Other Courses" block?
These are courses you are enrolled in for the semester according to the Office of the Registrar, but the course has not yet been published in the LATTE online learning environment by the faculty member teaching the course.
Why can't I click on a link to enter the courses in the "My Other Courses" block?
Courses listed in the "My Other Courses" block have not yet been published in LATTE. Published courses appear as links in the center column of the myLATTE page when you log in. Unpublished courses are not open to students, and they appear in this block.
Why are some courses unpublished in LATTE?
There are three reasons a course may be unpublished and appear in the "My Other Courses" block:
- The faculty member in charge of the course is planning to publish the course in LATTE later in the semester.
- The faculty member in charge of the course has decided to use WebCT instead of LATTE this semester. You should look for your course by logging into http://webct.brandeis.edu.
- The faculty member in charge fo the courses has decided not to publish the course online this semester.
