Charge: The Project Management Team supported the Project Manager by coordinating communications among project teams and maintaining the LATTE Project Workspace.The Timeline Coordinator created and maintained a consolidated project timeline using the MS Project Manager software.
Communications & Marketing
Lead: Josh Wilson
Key Team Member:Bren Campbell
Charge: The Communications and Marketing Team was responsible for developing documentation and communications related to the project, including maintaining an external project web site, press releases, frameworks, blueprints, flyers, and talking points documents and for overseeing marketing and branding plans. The Communications and Marketing Team Lead managed Team activity and represented the Team to other project teams.
Functionality

DAS Syllabus Project: Lori Dembowitz
Charge: The Functional Team was responsible for defining, testing, and confirming necessary functionality in accordance with user needs requirements, system capabilities, and course management system policies, providing specific system information and creating Functional Requirement Specifications used by the Technical Team in developing solutions. The Functional Team also tested the developed solutions to verify that requirements have been met. The Functional Team developed a standard template for all courses. The Functional Team Lead managed Functional Team activity and represented the Functional Team to other project teams.
Course Content Migration
Lead: Lois Widmer
Student Manager: Mike Sheehan
Charge: The Content Migration Team was responsible for extracting course content from the WebCT course management systems and placing the content into the appropriate LATTE course upon faculty request. The Content Team Lead managed Content Team activity and represented the Content Team to other project teams.
Technology Infrastructure
Lead: William Goedicke
Key Team Members: Josh West, Keith Herron, Nick Ragusa, Mike Fitzgerald, John Turner, Jaap van Reijendam, Kevin Montuori, Anthony DeBenedictis, Garth Saino, Aaron Gaynor
Charge: The Technical Team was responsible for creating test and production infrastructure for Moodle implementation, creating data feeds from appropriate sources; and developing solutions based on requirements provided by the Functional Team. The Technical Team Lead managed Technical Team activity and represented the Technical Team to other project teams.
Training

Charge: The User Acceptance Testing Team was responsible for developing a process to test functionality in LATTE prior to its release to faculty and students. The User Acceptance Testing Team Lead managed Team activity and represented the Team to other project teams.
